Low-cost, quick turn-around ASIC prototyping has been a key element in electronic design. However, maintaining support resources such as design kits and libraries, especially those needed to interface with state-of-the-art prototype and foundry services, is a continual struggle for most designers.
Tanner EDA is pleased to announce the availablity of a complete mixed-signal IC design kit forTSMC process technologies, with new ones currently being developed.
The following table describes the contents of each TSMC design kit. Please see sample documentation from our MOSIS SCOMS/TSMC 0.25um set of libraries.
